Our curriculum is built on three transformative phases.

In Phase 1, you will master the fundamental skills of drawing, color mixing, observation, and composition. Through step-by-step guidance, we ensure a strong foundation for your artistic growth, drawing inspiration from the esteemed Brandywine tradition and incorporating contemporary techniques such as the Munsell Color System and the Reilly method.

Once the fundamentals are mastered, Phase 2 allows you to choose your own artistic path. With a wide range of subjects and styles to explore, from landscapes and portraits to abstract and digital art, you'll find the perfect avenue for your creative growth. We believe in embracing individuality and self-discovery, nurturing your unique artistic voice.

Finally, in Phase 3, our mentorship program takes your artistry to new heights. Tailored to your personal goals and aspirations, our experienced instructor provides one-on-one guidance and support. Whether you seek exhibition opportunities or want to delve into the art world, our mentorship covers everything from finding an artistic voice, marketing to framing, helping you fast track your success.

The curriculum is designed around intensive, one-on-one training. All classes are limited in size, only eight students at a time, for nearly private tutoring. Each student receives personal attention with access to the instructor at all times. In such an atmosphere the focus remains on the individual who can progress at his or her own rate. Classes are offered in multiple semesters from September to June, and are designed for all experience levels. Students may join the program at any time at a pro-rated price. Completion of the painting program will take a commitment for multiple semesters.

ONLINE CLASSES

The Pandemic stinks, but it has created the opportunity to learn in the comfort of your own home…even if you are in a different state or country than me. Online classes will consist of students painting at home during the class hours, lectures and demos from Randall. The classes will be conducted via a Zoom meeting. Having accountability and schedule time to practice painting is incredible important. Zoom Classes may have 8 - 12 students at a time.

About Randall Graham

Instructor Randall Graham is an award winning artist with 20 years of experience in fine arts. Including teaching, exhibiting, illustrations, curating exhibits, public murals and plein air competitions. He has taught fundamental painting, plein air painting, cold wax techniques and still life painting for The Brandywine River Museum, Wayne Art Center, Valley Forge National Park, Gallery 222, Workshops in Ireland, Chester County Art Association, Mt Cuba, Natural Lands, NC Wyeth’s Studio, Andrew Wyeth’s Studio and many other workshops around Chester County and the Main Line.
