We're partnering with National Historic Park Pennsylvania at Valley Forge to offer free plein air classes with Randall Graham as part of the national historic park education series. There is no registration required.
Plein Air Painting & Drawing at Valley Forge Park
This is a great chance for beginners and veterans alike to enjoy nature's glory at Valley Forge Park with supportive guidance by instructor Randall Graham (for those who need/want it). Everyone is free to paint whatever they wish. Randall will walk around to everyone and help with any questions or concepts and give tips on basic plein air concepts –advice on good locations, composition, how light will change and good color recipes for a given landscape. At the start of each session, park rangers will give a brief description of the history of that day's location. Participants may continue to paint/draw as long as they wish after 12 PM. Email Randy if you would like suggested supplies.
Please feel free to email Randall with any questions at Randy@grahamartanddesign.com.
